I believe businesses scale best when there is clarity, strong leadership, and systems that actually support growth — not just keep things running.
I’m Melissa Gamarra, a Fractional Director of Operations, and I’ve been working as an operations executive since 2018. Over the years, I’ve partnered with established online businesses, including multi-million-dollar companies, to streamline their backend operations, build high-performing teams, and create the structure needed for sustainable growth.
Through strategic planning, thoughtful process creation, and strong people leadership, many of the businesses I’ve supported have been able to double their revenue, operate more smoothly, and just as importantly give their owners back time, clarity, and space to lead.
My Approach
My work is grounded in both experience and proven operational frameworks. I pull from my Online Business Management Certification, deep knowledge of EOS principles, and years of experience working alongside EOS Implementers to help businesses move from reactive to intentional.
Every engagement begins with understanding where things feel heavy or stuck. From there, I focus on:
Identifying operational pain points and bottlenecks
Clarifying business goals and priorities
Designing the systems, processes, and team structure needed to support those goals
Leading implementation so progress doesn’t stall
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I help build operations that fit the business — and the person leading it — so growth feels supported rather than chaotic.

I’m deeply passionate about helping entrepreneurs create businesses that actually support the life they’re working so hard to build. That means businesses with structure, strong teams, and leadership that doesn’t rely on the owner being everywhere at once.

A Little More About Me
Outside of client work, I’m a dedicated wife and mom to three and live in Salt Lake City, Utah. I enjoy fitness, great food, and a good glass of wine on the weekends. I’m a self-proclaimed cat lady, love to travel, and appreciate the small moments just as much as the big milestones.
That balance, building meaningful things while still enjoying life, is something I value personally and professionally, and it shows up in how I support my clients.
